Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order free of charge as long as it has not yet left the fulfillment center or the selected service center. After that, the order is treated as delivered and is subject to the return policy below.
Returns & Exchanges
- You are entitled to request a return or exchange within 7 days of the delivery date.
- The product must be unused (not installed) and in its original condition, with the invoice.
- Installed tires are not eligible for return for safety reasons, except in the case of a manufacturing defect covered by warranty.
How to Request a Return
Contact our support team by phone or WhatsApp with your invoice number, and we will direct you to the nearest service center or arrange for the product to be picked up.
Refunds
Since payment is currently Cash on Delivery, refunds are issued in cash or via bank transfer after the returned product has been inspected and accepted, within a maximum of 7 business days.
